WSOP Momentum: Brock "tsoprano" Parker

Parker was no stranger to the WSOP in 2009 but it wasn’t until that year that he really made his mark.

With two bracelets, a total of six cashes and over $800,000 in earnings last year Parker will be looking to capitalize on that momentum in a big way this summer.

Transitioning from the game of Magic to online poker, Parker was a legend on the internet long before he had a WSOP bracelet on his wrist. When he found himself heads-up against Daniel Negreanu in the $2,500 Limit Hold’em event last summer he was favored my many against the seasoned live veteran.

He defeated Kid Poker and just three days later he was heads-up again in the $2,500 Six-Max No-Limit event against Joe Serock. He managed to close the deal once again and joined that exclusive group of people with two bracelets in the same year.
